Terms and Conditions for the Come Away With Me Retreat 2025

Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the retreat, each participant (“Attendee”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation is voluntary and indicates acceptance of all policies outlined herein.

1. Registration and Payment

   • Payment Options: Attendees have the option to either pay in full at the time of registration or opt for a structured payment plan.

   • Pay-in-Full: Full payment is required at the time of registration for those choosing this option.

   • Payment Plan: If a payment plan is selected, the Attendee must adhere to the agreed installment schedule. Failure to meet a scheduled payment may result in cancellation of the registration without a refund.

   • All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations initiated by the Attendee or the organizer.

   • Accepted payment methods and specific deadlines for installment payments (if applicable) will be detailed in the registration materials.

2. Accommodation

   • Each woman will have a shared room and bed. By enrolling, Attendees acknowledge and accept the shared accommodation arrangement.

   • Requests for private rooms or beds are not available unless expressly stated prior to registration and are subject to change at the organizer’s discretion.

3. Cancellation and Changes

   • The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the retreat in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events.

   • In such cases, the organizer will provide notice to all registered Attendees; however, the no-refund policy will remain in effect unless otherwise required by law.

   • Attendees who cancel after registration understand that they forfeit any rights to a refund.

4. Travel Arrangements

• The ticket price for the retreat is exclusively for the retreat experience and does not include airfare or any other travel expenses.

• Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights, as well as any other travel-related expenses.

• Additionally, each Attendee is responsible for arranging transportation to and from the retreat location.

• It is recommended that Attendees plan their travel in advance to ensure timely arrival at the venue.
